Here's an old add from a long gone Australian RC magazine. The buggy itself was raced at the first Australian offroad nationals in 1983 by three time 1/12th national champion Jonathon Borthwick. He ended up placing sixth in Unlimited. 

The rear cage looks like an early CRP one. Also note that the rear monoshock set up is Raceprep, not RCH. Model Race Car World built two of these and called them "Dirt Burners". Much like the Pitstop Taipan, they were assembled from all the hot bits at the time.

that Race Prep monoshock must be very rare!

I'd say they are fairly uncommon Tom. I've only ever seen one picture of the Raceprep monoshock years ago, and of course I didn't save it.
